FAQ

What is the difference between the finger prick test (blood spot) and the blood draw test?

The finger prick test provides the majority of the 40 data points we offer. The test becomes a blood draw test If you add on the celiac gene test.

When I buy the test with the celiac gene add on, does Gluten Acumen provide the blood draw?

No, however our laboratory partner Vibrant America has a long list of phlebotomy providers across the country that we will share with you.

You can contact any phlebotomist to schedule a blood draw. Many phlebotomist providers are mobile and can meet you at your home or workplace. They will also mail the specimen in for you.

Directions for both you and them will be included in your Test.

How long do test results take?

From the time of your submission, test results can take anywhere from 2-3 weeks on average.

I bought a coaching program, how long does it take to see results?

Depending on your body, you may feel and see results in as soon as 3-5 days depending on the changes you implement. Most clients feel significantly different in just 4-8 weeks. Long-term healing on a cellular basis can take many months and is why we always start with ensuring your program works for your lifestyle and encourage diligence with your health program.

Right now we serve all 50 states, but if you live in NY you cannot mail the test back from NY. Please contact us for additional details, we can help you navigate this in various ways depending on your budget (drive to a bordering state, hire a mobile phlebotomist, etc).
